CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both our clients’ time and our artists’ schedules Opalescent Studio: Requires a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all services. Deposits range from $5–$50 depending on the appointment type and are applied toward your service total at checkout. Rescheduling (No Penalty): You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without losing your deposit. Deposit will be transferred to new appointment. Cancellations: Any appointment that is canceled (rather than rescheduled) will result in the loss of your deposit. Late Reschedule(<24 hours): If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and be charged 30% of the service fee to help compensate the provider for lost time. **By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding in supporting our team’s time and efforts, by helping us keep our schedule running smoothly GUEST POLICY: Opalescent Studio is a small scale boutique space, to help us maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for all, we kindly ask that you bring no more than ONE guest with you to your appointment. For minor piercings, up to Two Adults with at least one being a parent or legal guardian may accompany the child. CONSENT REQUIREMENTS: All consent forms Including uploading a clear photo of a valid ID must be completed online prior to your appointment at: https://form.jotform.com/252824379289068 In accordance with West Virginia state law, ALL MINORS must provide: -The child’s birth certificate -A valid parent or legal guardian’s ID and proof of legal guardianship **Please note: No one will be pierced without proper completed consent and valid documentation.
